1. What do I need?
- Be an individual who is at least 18 years old (19 years old in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska).
- A debit or credit card.
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile telephone number.
- A valid delivery address in the United States.
First time users will need to create an account.
2. How do I pay by Afterpay?
- Simply select the items you want, add them to your cart and go to the online checkout to place your order. However, Afterpay may consider certain credit history and apply restrictions. Why is my order being declined?
- When ordering online, select Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be redirected to the Afterpay site. Follow the steps to either register a new account or log-in to your existing Afterpay account and confirm the payment using a valid credit or debit card that your Afterpay installments will be deducted from.
3. When will my order be delivered is I use installments with Aferpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered pursuant to delivery time frames presented by Daya Lane after you complete your order online.
4. How do I return or exchange items purchased using installments with Afterpay?
Subject to Daya Lane’s return and refund policies, if you have changed your mind, you may be able to return your Afterpay purchase for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets Daya Lane’s Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period before your refund is processed.
