FAQs
How do I choose the right bar stool height?
Measure your bar or table before choosing a stool. Aim for approximately 9–13 inches of clearance between the seat and the underside of the surface, accounting for any apron or support rail. Check the product’s height guide for the recommended fit.
Should I choose fixed-height or adjustable bar stools?
Fixed-height stools work well when you know the height you need. Adjustable stools offer more flexibility for different users and surfaces. Our Cameo Adjustable Bar Stools feature gas-lift seats that adjust from 25 to 33 inches.
Do your bar stools swivel?
Selected models do. The Cameo Adjustable Bar Stools offer 360-degree rotation, while the Neil Bohemian Swivel Cane Bar Set also features a swivel base. Check the individual product description if rotation is a priority.
Can I use these bar stools outdoors?
Choose a model specifically designed for outdoor use, such as the Neil Outdoor Bistro Set. Indoor upholstered or natural-rattan stools should not automatically be treated as outdoor furniture. Store outdoor cushions under cover during heavy rain or extended periods of non-use.
Are your bar stools sold individually or in sets?
It depends on the style. Some stools are sold individually, while others come in sets of two. Selected Neil designs also offer a table-and-two-stool option. Check the selected quantity and set contents before ordering.
