ProcessingTime: It usually takes 1-3 days to process your order, But it's not certain. The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product, while some items may need 3-5 days(rare cases). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.


Shipping Time: Shipping partners- UPS, FedEx & DHL company. Normally, we will ship the product customer ordered from the nearest warehouse. Customers will get their items in 1-3 business days. However, we can not promise products customers want are in stock every time, Transfer may need more time.

Shipping Notice

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • If your order contains several items, shipments may be delayed by a few days to ensure one delivery fee and delivery date. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you would prefer to receive your items in multiple shipments, please contact our support team at support@dayalane.com and be sure to include your order number for reference.

  • Normally, we don't support customers’ assigning specified express companies.

  • Please confirm your receiving information repeatedly, we support modification before shipping out without any extra fee, but when it has already shipped out, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

  • Because of different tax rates, we do not allow our customers to change the country state after the order has been placed and paid via credit card or bank transfer, if so, please cancel and place a new order.

  • The consignee will be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee. Shipment charges for returned products because of order cancellation or package rejection after the goods have been shipped will be at the consignee’s own expense and will be deducted from the refund. Shipment charges for returns without reason will be at the customer’s expense and will be deducted from the refund.

    How long do I receive shipping information after purchase?
    You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing the order. We usually process your order within 1-2 days, during which time you can confirm that your information is accurate. Of course, you will be notified by email when the product is dispatched and when it arrives. If not, you can contact us to help you check.

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    Unless emergency (such as out of stock, extreme weather etc.), Usually, In-stock items are delivered within 2 to 6 business days of your order. You need to ensure that the shipping information is correct to prevent the risk of the order being returned, and may need to bear restock shipping costs.

    What if I need my order in a hurry?
    Sorry, our site does not currently offer expedited shipping, However, if you do need an expedited order, you can contact our email support@dayalane.com or social media for its specific cost and information.
    I want to buy the product, but I'm not in US?
    We welcome customers who love our products from all over the world, but due to limited energy, there is no local warehouse for the time being. Please contact our email support@dayalane.com to let us know that we are needed by you, you will receive a reply within 24 hours, and provide support for our subsequent opening of your country warehouse.
    Where is my order?
    Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.

    Can I choose the parcel carrier in note?
    Afraid not. Parcels will be sent via a parcel carrier such as FedEx or UPS or on occasion through our freight partner, depending on shipping cost and the shipping time. If you have special circumstances, please emai us.
