Not absolutely in love with your DAYALANE order, and need to make a return?

Obviously, it's not easy to get everyone 100% satisfied, we want to make return as simple as possible. See below for more information on our return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order or should you wish to return or exchange then please contact us at any time within 30 days after you received the parcel. The Return shipping address will be provided and you will get the refund within 3-5 business days after the return items are delivered.

  • All of our products (Except Resale, Clearance items and Gift Card) are sold with a 30-day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of you receiving them.

  • Returns can only be accepted for products that are unused or not affect re-sale. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as what we sent.

  • Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only.

  • Gift cards, and items marked as Resale, Flash Sale, Final Sale & Special Sale, Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.

    Please note: Until you are sure whether the item is suitable for your space, please retain the original packaging. If an item is returned without the original packaging, it will not be able to return.
  • The reasons you might want to return the item:

    1. Quality problems
      1) Buyers need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
      2) Return postage is undertaken by us.
      3) Please allow us to have 1-7 days processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every returned item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacturer's defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.
      4) If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first, before you leave any comments. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top-quality products and services.

    2. You bought wrong or you just don't like it
      1) You need to pay the return cost.
      2) Shipping fee is not refundable.
      3) Customer must email us at within 14 days after the item delivered.
      4) Return must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. 5)Please make sure they are not assembled, once you have assembled it, there is a processing fee of around 5% on returns.

    3. Shipping damage
      We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx top service shipping companies. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.

    4. We shipped wrong
      1) Return items must be in original condition.
      2) Customer must email us at within 14 days after the item arrived
      3) We would be under the responsibility to issue you the full refund or send you a new product, once the returned item is received.

    5. Cancellations/Refused Delivery
      1) Customer must contact us as soon as possible.
      2) You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the order shipping.
      3) If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return and will be subject to 10% shipping charges and processing fee.

      Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will try out best to cancel the delivery and we will charge the processing fee. However, if it is not possible to cancel the delivery you can refuse delivery (please do not open the package upon receipt) unless you keep it if you change your mind. If you refuse it, you also will be charged a processing fee. (Processing fee: 5% of order). Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
