Not absolutely in love
At DAYALANE, we want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may initiate a
return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your delivery(Excluding special items.). To ensure a smooth process, please review the specific
requirements below.
1. General Return Requirements Condition:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, suitable for resale.
- Packaging: Please retain all original packaging until you are certain the item is suitable for your space. Returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging.
- Assembly: Items should not be assembled. An extra 5% processing fee(not including return shipping fee) applies to any returns of products that have already been assembled.
- Security: Customers are responsible for securely packaging items for return. Damages resulting from insufficient packaging may result in a denied refund.
Number of Free Returns(Only for Chairs not for sofas and tables)
Everyone may return ONE item when first purchasing over $200 (If first order is under $200, will not be regarded as Free Return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. But when your first order and second order(still under $200) plus over $200, one item on your second order can enjoy free return policy). This free return policy can only be enjoyed once per customer. Quality problems
Buyers need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.Return postage is undertaken by us.
Please allow us to have 1-7 days processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every returned item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacturer's defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.

You bought wrong or you just don't like it
You have the right to return one product with free shipping once. (specific reference part Number of Free Return)Shipping fee is not refundable.
Customer must email us at support@dayalane.com within 14 days after the item delivered.
Return must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange.
Please make sure they are not assembled, once you have assembled it, there is a processing fee of around 5% on returns.
Shipping damage
We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx top service shipping companies. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.We shipped wrong

We would be under the responsibility to issue you the full refund or send you a new product, once the returned item is received.
Cancellations/Refused Delivery
Customer must contact us as soon as possible.You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the order shipping.
If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return and will be subject to 10% shipping charges and processing fee.
Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will try out best to cancel the delivery and we will charge the processing fee. However, if it is not possible to cancel the delivery you can refuse delivery (please do not open the package upon receipt) unless you keep it if you change your mind. If you refuse it, you also will be charged a processing fee. (Processing fee: 5% of order). Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
